The Korean mobile company Samsung said that it will soon enter the metaverse and VR (virtual reality) headset markets. Samsung is developing “extended reality” gear, which alludes to the creation of a VR headset. The head of Samsung, TM Roh, confirmed the existence of such a device but did not provide a timeline for its release.
