At CES 2023, L’Oréal revealed two new technology concepts that broaden access to aesthetic expression. HAPTA is the first portable, ultra-precise, computerised makeup applicator designed specifically for those with restricted hand and arm mobility.

The business has created new technologies to help hair salons save water while also providing clients with a simpler tool for applying hair colour. L’Oréal’s second makeup applicator is Liftware, which can detect how a customer’s arm and hand move or tremble in real time. Brow Magic is comparable, but it allows users to accomplish cosmetic looks that they couldn’t do with their own hands.
