PTTRNS, a Dutch start-up that focuses on digitizing and improving the fashion industry, has secured €2 million ($2.4 million) in a seed funding round led by ECFG, an independent fund manager. Founded in 2019, PTTRNS uses AI-powered personalisation and 3D visualisation techniques to help fashion brands become more sustainable and efficient while increasing profitability. The start-up’s SaaS platform allows brands to generate photorealistic images and understand consumer behaviour and desires, providing a “digital stylist” that gives advice to boost consumer confidence during the purchasing process. The funding will be used to further develop PTTRNS’ platform and expand its international customer base. The company aims to revolutionise the fashion industry by using technology to better understand consumer needs and improve profitability, efficiency, and sustainability.
