The trending seven imperatives include: smooth omnichannel retail experience, personalized shopping experience across all channels, accelerated e-commerce delivery, socially responsible actions, reimagining and upskilling the talent acquisition process, developing an ecosystem of partnerships, and investing in Tech and AI for high productivity gains.
