The United Arab Emirates-based health services company, SEHA, has agreed with South Korean AI company, Lunit, to conduct a proof of concept of its radiology solutions. The agreement includes a chest x-ray and mammogram analysis through AI solutions under Lunit’s INSIGHT brand. This venture aims at improving SEHA’s medical image analysis programme. Lunit, on the other hand, expands its base in the medical imaging market of the Middle East, which is expected to reach a hefty $30 billion in 2029. Previously, Egyptian breast cancer hospital Baheya Foundation had acquired its INSIGHT MMG technology.
