Hippocratic AI, a healthcare-focused generative AI company, raised an additional $15 million in funding, bringing its total seed round funding to $65 million since its launch in May. The California-based company also introduced its Founding Partner Program, collaborating with healthcare systems and digital health companies to guide technology development, ensure patient safety, and engage in data governance. Partners include Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, Universal Health Services, and others. Meanwhile, medical generative AI startup GenHealth AI secured $13 million in funding, led by Obvious Ventures and Craft Venture. The Boston-based company’s large medical model (LMM) is trained on medical-event data, offering medical-specific insights. In addition, senior and disability technology startup K4Connect raised $8.9 million in funding, bringing its total raise to $39 million. The funds will be used to scale adoption of its offerings and enhance its technology. K4Connect also appointed a new chief operations officer and added a board member from Bryce Catalyst.
