Save A Lot, a discount grocer based out in the U.S., is busy remodelling its store and transforming it into a wholesale business. The discounter plans to refurbish more than a third of its stores by 2022. By 2024, Save A Lot will renovate all 1000 stores across the US. The grocer will add more lights to illuminate the stores and will make the grocery aisles wider. The discounter will add more private-labelled and locally sourced products. The company plans to spend $5 million to rebrand and reimage the grocery chain.
