Shipt has rolled out a new feature named Preferred Shoppers. Through this feature, Shipt will let members of the delivery service team up with desired shoppers. Customers would rate and add the Shipt shopper to their favourite list after they get their order delivered. Once the shopper accepts the request, they will serve the same customers over and over again. Shipt carried out a test program before officially launching the feature. The results revealed customers were satisfied and placed orders more often.
