Delipop partners with unnamed firms to open 500 robotic Click and Collect stores across the UK for various grocers. The refrigerated machine-like stores will have robots and spacious drawers with a separate frozen section. Shoppers can order groceries from their favourite grocers and select the nearest Delipop pickup store. They will receive a unique code and dial in to collect their orders. Delipop teamed up with Retail Robotics and Carrefour to trial its concept store in Paris last year. By 2026, Delipop’s five-year goal promises to put 1,000 UK households within a three-minute walk or drive of a Delipop location.
