In the first half of 2021, the independent store market saw growth for the first time since H1 2017, as The Local Data Company found. Convenience and leisure spur the boom of local high streets as customers start using the services again. Tunbridge Wells and Oxford remained thriving as compared to the other towns and cities of Great Britain.
