A new global strategic convenience delivery partnership has been signed between Uber Eats and the biggest convenience store bp. This affiliation marks bp becoming the first convenience retailer to collaborate with Uber Eats. Bp will make around 3,000 physical locations available on the Uber Eats platform to reach more consumers globally. Initially, the platform will cover outlets in the US, Australia, New Zealand, Poland, and South Africa. European markets will be added to the app later next year. BP retailer has about 20,500 retail outlets all over the globe, along with 550 million shoppers living 20-minutes apart from the store locations. This partnership will prove to be successful for the convenience chain to gain global market share.
