Boston Pizza Restaurants, a restaurant chain, has partnered with Pudu Robotics, a tech firm developing robots, to roll out Bellabot to its restaurants. The Bellabot will serve food, drinks, and other items to diners with a human assistant monitoring it. The bot is capable of bringing the whole order to the customer’s table at once, due to its spacious racks. This robot inclusion can save a lot of time for the restaurant owner while increasing customer satisfaction.
