Process Integration and Predictive Analytics (PIPA), a US-based artificial intelligence (AI) firm, has joined hands with Mars, a food manufacturer, to further proceed with the discovery of a new plant. Mars will employ PIPA’s biomedical databases and innovation pipelines to come up with new dietary and nutrition products along with supplements. PIPA has offered the firm their platform ‘LEAP’ which is said to be an integration of bioinformatics and AI that has various other dimensions to it. Both the companies intend to explore new ways of making advancements with the newly discovered plant.
