The initiative expands sustainable practices, allowing consumers to recycle refill packaging after use. Participants can sign up online, sending any brand of flexible dish soap refill packaging and caps via a prepaid shipping label. Collected materials are cleaned, separated, and recycled into raw formats for new product manufacturing. Colgate-Palmolive’s collaboration with TerraCycle aligns with its broader sustainability goals, aiming to eliminate one-third of new plastics, achieve 100% renewable electricity, and attain net zero carbon emissions across operations and the supply chain by 2040.
