Notable fashion brands, including Rebecca Minkoff, EB Denim and Rent the Runway, sign multi-layer partnerships with firms like tracker Route and logistics company Olive to develop more sustainable shipping and packaging solutions.
Together, these brands are launching a Green Package Protection Route programme. In total, around 4,700 firms are on board to initiate the plan. The programme includes shipping emissions offset and offers a seamless post-purchase experience for customers. Route offsets would be facilitated by integrating AI to track parcels from retailer to customer.
