The tech firm will equip Wendy’s with machine learning, AI, data analytics and hybrid cloud tools to upgrade its technology ecosystem. With these tools, the fast-food firm will use speech-to-text and Google Search and Maps. Wendy’s will enhance mobile-app based digital ordering using the latest tech tools. It will install the latest touchpoints and kiosks for a seamless order process. Wendy’s has appointed a new chief information officer last year after its sales grew in double digits during the pandemic.
