Walmart is extending the amenities offered to its employees and will add AC Hotel by Marriott to its new office campus. The hotel, set to launch by summer 2024, is meant to provide an easy and luxurious stay for Walmart employees working in the field and those coming from other office locations. The AC by Marriott will be around 90,000 square feet with 153 guest rooms, and 6,000 square feet of meeting and conference space. The hotel premises will also have a rooftop lounge with indoor and outdoor seating. Walmart truly cares for its associates and previously shared that it would launch two on-campus buildings dedicated to health and wellness, including the Walton Family Whole Health & Fitness, spanning 360,000 square feet.
