Kroger has set up a virtual food gala in collaboration with Kitchen United, a Cali-based ghost kitchen firm, to offer multi-restaurant delivery and takeout service. Consumers residing in Dallas can mix and match different meals to satisfy their taste buds, and Kroger will deliver from its store on East Mockingbird Lane. Kitchen United Mix, the country’s first-ever multi-restaurant ordering platform, opened its setup in the same store. Over ten restaurants have partnered with the firm. The ghost kitchen operates 14 to-go food halls in California, Texas, Arizona, New York and Chicago. More locations would be opening across the nation.
