Uber Eats has announced that it is planning to launch a revamped version of its online grocery shopping app soon. From next week onwards, consumers would be able to enjoy some latest features, including after-hours ordering and live order tracking. The app would also offer a simpler item replacement process for out-of-stock products for customers and enhanced support for personal shoppers. Therese Lim, senior director of grocery Uber Eats, detailed that the platform will focus on convenience, like getting orders delivered at consumers’ preferred time, even more than before.
