DoorDash is adding a two-step verification process to deliver alcohol and other alcoholic beverages to consumers. To successfully receive the alcohol delivery from Doordash, consumers need to show their identity cards and age, proving them as adults. DoorDash debuted its alcohol delivery ten months ago and covers Dallas, Detroit, Miami, Phoenix, Portland, Oregon, Seattle, and Northern Virginia to deliver it. This move came after the alcohol enforcement agencies witnessed a decline in compliance with liquor ID laws emanating from alcohol delivery.
