Last year, BurgerFi, an American hamburger restaurant chain, partnered with GRUBBRR, a Self-Ordering Systems & Kiosk Software provider, to pilot self-ordering kiosks. The goal behind launching these kiosks was to reduce operating costs, increase revenue and enhance customer experience. The burger chain also wanted to automate its operations through this pilot test. The pilot test rendered successful results. BurgerFi extended its partnership with GRUBBRR and made it its exclusive self-ordering technology provider. The partner firms are now placing kiosks across all of BurgerFi’s corporate locations. Franchisees will also have the opportunity to deploy these kiosks.
