Natural Grocers by Vitamin Cottage Inc. is rolling out its newest store in Brighton, Colorado, by the end of this month. The latest store will have a Cottage Craft Beer section, organic produce, dairy section, humanely sourced meats and non-GMO bulk food. The grocer used non-toxic building materials, 100% LED lighting and a CO2 refrigerant system to conserve energy and increase sustainability efforts. Raquel Isely, VP of marketing for Natural Grocers, revealed that it is an exciting venture for Natural Grocers. The retailer also plans to give away discount coupons and will donate $2,500 to the Food Bank of the Rockies.
