BJ’s Wholesale Club is implementing Simbe Robotics’ business intelligence robot Tally across its 237 stores. Tally is driven by artificial intelligence (AI) and uses AI and computer vision technologies to collect shelf data and verify items are in stock, organised, and priced correctly. The autonomous robot will allow BJ’s colleagues to devote more of their time to other chores and customer service. Tally’s real-time data will provide improved visibility into inventory tracking while also unlocking efficiencies that will allow faster product replenishment. BJ’s Wholesale Club and its executive leadership are dedicated to providing the greatest possible experience for both team members and club members.
