Tortuga has committed to constructing R3D, the retail version of BubblesTM, Boom Interactive’s main product. Boom Interactive Inc., a Salt Lake City-based company, has revealed an investment in a $5.5 million SAFE Note as a prelude to a Series A transaction. The company specialises in image recognition for quick 3D visualisations and is an expert in sophisticated machine learning AI.
