USDA surveyed consumers and asked them to share their views about cell-based meat labelling. The information gathered via this survey would help the Federal Government to develop a thorough framework for the upcoming segment. The four questions asked in this survey are; 1, Should the names of cell-based meat products differ from animal meat products? 2, Which names suit these products best and which ones are unsuitable? 3, How can cell-based meat products be added to the “ingredient list” of finished products? 4, Which aspects of cell-based meat products would attract consumers towards these products.
